NO COMPRAR! Adquirí una vivienda hace más de un año con esta inmobiliaria. La vivienda estaba "perfecta", no tenía ningún problema de nada. Lo primero me tocó pagar de mi bolsillo boletines de gas y luz, ya que los que se me facilitaron tenían más de 13 años y no eran válidos. Después, como no quisieron hacer arras, me quedé sin la vivienda que me interesaba porque vinieron otros con el dinero antes, y me encasquetaron otra "igual" cuando ya no podía echarme atrás. En esta casa, que según ellos estaba recientemente puesta al día y revisada completamente, llevo más de un año tapando agujeros por humedad allá donde voy, cada día es uno nuevo. La vivienda no está bien hecha, por lo que es, obviamente, vicio oculto, pero claro, como son fondos de inversión los que venden a través de esta inmobiliaria, ponte a reclamarles. Yo voy a poner denuncia en breve, pero lo dicho, si podéis evitar comprar a través de esta agencia, os ahorraréis mucho tiempo y mucho dinero.
