No lo recomiendo. Pagamos la reserva de un piso, y siendo perfectamente solventes y demostrándolo en las nóminas que piden, nos descartan como inquilinos después de haber pagado la reserva esperado 4 días confirmación. Piden demasiado a los inquilinos para alquilar pisos bastante descuidados, además hacen pagar a los inquilinos gastos impropios, ya que son los que deben correr a cuenta del propietario (IBI, comunidad, seguro de impagos…).
