Extremely disappointed with the poor work and how things were dealt with after the project was ‚finished’ . We spent a five-digit figure on MIVO to look after the project which at the time of building didn’t seem to be an issue. The cost however steadily increased throughout the project . Shortly after the handover we noticed missing grouts and chipped tiles especially around the pool area. MIVO immediately fixed the issues that we highlighted at the time, but never looked at the whole picture of issues. 9 months later and the grouts are discoloured and are chipping off everywhere I look. I tried using a domestic low pressure power hose at a single spot to see if I get the tiles/grouts clean (which MIVO advised me to do) and the grouts are coming off. Very neglected work and a poor quality material was used.
